Member Service Contact Center: Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday- Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

First Mortgage Service: Monday–Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
